Jill I have only just seen this, what a worrying time for your friends and all who care about them, however wonderful news on the safe arrival of baby Samuel. Sending a special cuddle to him and lots of love and best wishes to him and his family. Praying that the doctors will be able to do everything in their power to help the little lad. Yvette

Jill, Thanks for updating us on baby Samuel. I am glad he had a safe arrival. Please send all my best wishes and remember I am here is needed for advice or even just a chat. Samuel is just a lovely name, I am sure he will go from strength to strength. Just like the baby I told you all about in the links I provided a week or so ago. He too was called Samuel and is now a 6 year old. Samuel and his parents are in my thoughts. Regards Fi x

Shelly....I'm delighted that your daughter can do all the things you have mentioned and am sure she will go on to achieve even more with the strength and support that she has with a loving mummy. I'm delighted for my friend that her wee baby Sam made it through the birth as that was in doubt for a while.....I dont pity her but share in her and her familys joy at the birth of a new life. Doctors do sometimes get things wrong so all we can do is pray that Sam will make good progress and grow into a lovely wee lad x
