Trifley, I missed you running past 'cos I was out having a foot spa (Gift Certificate!) - boy my feet feel wonderful! I think I might vote for the death penalty in this Perth case too, resent having to feed these b.....ers for the rest of their days in jail. Found five magazines. seven socks, numerous pens, pencils and hair ties, and three notebook filled with song lyrics under DD's bed last night lol, her room is all clean and tidy now. Also found some rellies for Vonny, if they're hers, not quite where she thought they might be though although they could have moved after 1901 - had a fun time on Ancestry. Hi, Just had am email from Donna and the 13th of July is good for her to meet on The Gold Coast. Any one interested details as follows. Thursday 13th July meet at Jupiter Casino Food Fantasy restuarant at 11.30. Donna mentioned that there is usually a queue for Food Fantasy so it is best to be there early. I think that it would be best to meet at the Casino to avoid any confusion but if any one has a better idea let us know. I am now going to copy some files and tidy up my puta. Luv SuzyQ

HI everyone Beautiful day here in Canberra.. Just had a nice day shopping and chilling out with daughter and G/daughter.. Something I dont get very often.. Well it looks like we may have sold our house... Not what we wanted but a good offer to boot.I will be so glad to move out and get settled in the new place. Keep your fingers crossed and hope it all goes well.. Mr. Picky made a pathetic offer which we were happy to tell him to go jump..another one made a little better offer but still not enough.. the last ones made an offer which just made it into our accepting figures so we said yes as the sooner we sell the sooner we can move...we are being very generous but I am happy...I never was one for bargaining... Afternoon Wattlers Welll I have found the carpet on the girls floor lol, re arranged a set of drawers, so they have more drawers to put their bits and pieces in, vaccied the house and now my aching back, is alright if I just sit but if I try and stand up or sit back down it is like a sharp pain down in the lower part of my back. I did do tea as well we have got a lovely tuna and potato bake, already in oven only need a bit of cheese sprinkled over it and heated and teas ready. Mary hope the settlement goes through without any probs. Jood hope you are ok today, you mentioned about feeling a bit cold yesterday (or was it the day before?) hope you managed to get warm and keep warm. How did the get together in Qld go with Lara, Rebs and oh h**ll cant think who else was meeting for a coffee, is their any pics? Living in limbo is not fun is it. I am so disappointed in myself, I have let my dislike for all things football to interfere in my family history research. I dont know how many times I have seen the book 'Big Artie' written by Arthur Beetson the footballer and passed it over not wanting to read about football. Arthurs dad and my gran were brother and sister. Well today Marie picked up a copy at the bookstall for $5 and started to read it and there is a photo of my gtgrandparents in it - Arthurs grandparents! I have photos of all the other great grandies, they were the only ones without a photo of them together (have one of gtgran Beetson, but not gtgrandfather). Have just written him a letter asking for a copy of the original. Marie has read out a few things on the phone to me that I know to be not on the right track, so I'll send him a copy of the tree and the references to put him straight. He also wrote that his gt grandparents arrived in South Aust - the only state I haven't looked for them !!!! Pot of soup on the stove, quiche in the oven, this place is smelling all yummy! Daughter never mentioned it today when I saw her, so I guess she has accepted it ok. (diabetes) .... We were marvelling over the fact that 11 week old Lucas has a tooth coming through!!! ... Not that it might stay there, it could go back, and up and down etc.... I went out to lunch today and all the ladies gave me some meat for Jann's dog (and the two cats and even the two girls wanted some) (girls being the chooks) .. I tell you I was one very popular person today. Tassie dont overdo it with the h*********k - you know thats not good for you. .. Please dont worry about me. .. I asked a few people yesterday was it cold up here in their houses, and they all said yes. .. I wasn't sickening for anything - Im fine, just get a bit tired occasionally. .. I have a g/f who everytime she sees me, peers down my neck to make sure Im wearing a singlet!!! .. Up to the point when she first rang me, I'd kept forgetting to put one on, but while she was talking to me on the phone, I had one hand in the drawer pulling out a singlet to put on straight away. Now I wear them all the time (in winter, that is). .. So someone is keeping an eye on me! Mary .. good news about the house, I hope you are happy with the final price. Errrm ..
