I am suprised we haven't had a singing Tassie Devil on here yet, maybe she is still out there singing !!!! We have just had a big walk down along the beach, and it was amazing how many people were out there on the beach playing games, or just walking - nearly as many as on a hot summers day. My Mum would have been 92 today - my very own 'Queenie' Must go check on dinner catch you all later luv Laurie

Evening Wattlers, You seem to have had a quiet day only 3 pages to catch up on - lol Think Tassie might be a little hoarse when she gets back from singing the club song over and over and over and....... Can you all note that my birthday is 9th August so that SuzyQ doesn't have to re-do the list too soon. Mary - think you need some Domestos 'to keep your house safe from germs - as in that little germy man' - me no like him Better get and organise some food, have a good evening, catch y'all in the morrow if not before Gwenda

Evening Wattlers. Rebs, are you okay? I'm a bit worried about you, girl. SuzyQ, you're right. It's only 10 hours drive from the Gold Coast to Mudgee via Moree. Good road (except for the last bit from Dubbo to Mudgee!!!) Don't worry about being rude about Solicitors, Mary. Terry and I know that most of them are a bunch of a**eholes! We've been dealing with them every day for 26 to 44 years!! Good one, Tassie. How's the voice? Laurie, the Manly Meet is a good idea. Just let me know the date. We usually stay at the Quay, so I'm up for anything. The little fishies have settled in well. The pond in close to the house (wraps around the dining room) and they look very happy to be out of the tank and into a loving home. Quote of the Day - 'Does My Fat Ass Make my Ass Look Fat?' Hugs to you All (except the lurking Rebs and that blasted Cat!) Lew Lew xxx

Evening Wattlers Well I am back, the throat isnt much better, not through the singing but all the yelling I was doing, so it serves me right, but I can live with it as it helped the team win finally pmsl Laurie I have had time to catch up on the thread after I had coffee and tea, I was last in Sydney in about 1978 as a teenager with my parents and I am sure we went to places but I cant remember much only we stayed out at Lane Cove Caravan park and then we caught a bus then train into the city. So I will leave it in your capable hands on where we go for lunch etc, one thing that I suppose everyone would like to see is the Opera House, but as for anything else???? Well I will be up early in the morning to see if Australia lose their match in the Soccer and if they do I will be straight on net waiting for the cheap tickets to go on sale. Cheers Sue

Hello folks We've had a great day. Had a good visit with my niece and her family then we headed off to Favourite Nephew's. Unfortunately there was no chardy :((( but a couple of bottles of VERY nice Merlot :)))) Don't ya just luv spending time with rels? I do...I think myself very lucky to be so close to my nieces and nephew. Rebs....sorry you are not feeling the best. It's a pity you couldn't go to the wedding. A nice social occaision like that is always good for the soul. Healing thoughts on their way to you. Joodles...how are the mouth ulcers? Mary...nothing I can add to the sage advice already given by the Wonderful Wattlers. Don't let the pickyman get to you. Coffee time. I'll check in before bed. love Trifley X

Go Tassie! Get in quick. I don't think Lane Cove has a caravan park anymore, lol. Real Estate prices would have pushed it out long ago. Well, we could always meet on the steps of the Opera House and wander on 'round to the Quay to catch the ferry! Laurie, what do you think? Lew Lew xxx

Evening everyone, wall to wall visitors all day so it was very thoughtful and considerate of you not to waffle so much today :) Glorious day - all the best in the weather at the moment. freezing cold nights (actually below freezing!!) and bright blue sunny days. The ice on our fishpond is 30 mm thick - that's serious ice people :0 The fish seem to go into a sort of hibernation. I don't mind where we go in Sydney. I'd probably take you up on your offer Jood and head to your place first. Depends on the day of course. Congrats to your team Tassie. Hubby reckons he is going to get up and watch the soccer. Mad. ~~~~~~~~~~~ to all Vonny Well, I worked like crazy to get the house clean and tidy for today and now I am really tired. Catch you tomorrow :)

Good evening all . . . Me not being into football . . . you have something to answer for you little devil - Ray was flicking channels this afternoon and I made him go back to see that your team had won! Hope the voice recovers soon !!! Trifley I am also blest to have lovely relationships with my neices and nephews, well not all of them - there are after all a grand total of 34 of them - but lots of them are very close friends - some are more like siblings. One of them - the little wonder mum Kristeena (named after my mum Christina) has just sent me thru three snaps of her Jellybean who is into its 34th week. Over 57 seconds the little bub has done a complete turn around so me thinks we have a belly dancer on its way into the world. This will be Krissy's 6th child, and I have my fingers crossed that she can finally dress a bub in pink. I am in awe of her as she is such a placid, well organised, run-off-her-feet mum! Leah - she has just sent me an email from Katherine in NT - enjoying the lovely warm weather. Big change in weather from Goulburn's freezer. She is up for the meet in August too! Tony & Barb probably be on their way to the hotel in Singapore about now, the coats will have been shed and thoughts will have turned to a cold VB. I'm off to bed, big day tomorrow in at the Archives Night all cheers luv Laurie
