When my son wanted to join the Boys Brigade I was told that he would have to attend church...... no problem..just a choice to make, does he join knowing he has to go to church ? The Urdd......is a a junior Eistedfford .. for children.......part of the creed was an allegiance to Christ.............this had to cease from last week..........offensive to other faiths... another example of breaking down the walls of Christianity................... |

Nice company you like to keep, Fred. “The electors of Millwall did not back a Post-Modernist Rightist Party, but what they perceived to be a strong, disciplined organisation with the ability to back up its slogan 'Defend Rights for Whites' with well-directed boots and fists. When the crunch comes, power is the product of force and will, not of rational debate.” Nick Griffin, BNP leader. “A drunken, warmongering slob.” (Referring to Winston Churchill.) Tony Lecomber, number two in the BNP. “I am well aware that the orthodox opinion is that six million Jews were gassed and cremated or turned into lampshades. Orthodox opinion also once held that the earth is flat…I have reached the conclusion that the ‘extermination’ tale is a mixture of Allied wartime propaganda, extremely profitable lie, and latter day witch-hysteria.” Nick Griffin, BNP leader. If anybody takes the time to read a bit about the leaders of the BNP they will find that they *are* racist to the bone. They condemn themselves from their own mouths. Anyone who believes otherwise is either ignorant or naive in the extreme. Gwynne |

My sentiments exactly Hal, I have stopped voting now because it doesn't matter who promises what or how convincing they are, we all eventually get dropped by the wayside yet again................ No one person can change anything on their own and the same goes for those we put into government. They may well all have good intentions and firm convictions, but they are prevented from acting upon them by their co-horts, the other parties and now by the European union. In effect they are little more than front men.......a figure head for the party.............only capable of carrying messages and taking orders, rendering them powerless! Jen |

david, have you ever seen a list of the bnp policies? mention the bnp to anyone and the first thing they say is oh there racist, but if they took the time to read their policies they would see they have the countries best interests at heart, especiely the law and order policies. the only mistake the bnp make is that they tell it how it is, and as they say, the truth hurts. tom. |

Political parties are always a let down - I don't remember one which fulfilled all its promises but I could never vote for the BNP. I don't really understand the fuss about St George's day and which flag we fly or don't. St George has no bearing on my life & he doesn't mean anything to me and a flag is just an emblem. The BNP party manipulates the unintelligent, the resentful and the narrow-minded. There is nothing positive or good about their intentions or their aims. The feelings that they use & the sentiments that they create are reminiscent of Germany in the 30s before the true intentions of the Nazis became apparent. The irony is that a vote for them is a vote against what our nation fought against in World War II. |

On my car there is the 'Union Flag' with the 'Welsh Dragon' and flying outside my house is 'The Flag of St.George'.and if any PC.Official dares to make an issue of it they may well end up having the 'Flagpole' inserted in their 'Nether regions' Hal. |

Would'nt agree with voting for BNP but the thoughts expressed here about the loss of our feeling or pride in our nationality are echoed by my family and friends-it would seem to be a widespread concern or maybe only in the type of people I know. Why do these PC people have so much clout as against the '.ordinary 'people? I saw lots of St Georges Day flags for sale in our local shopping centre and am going to buy one to fly in the garden just to reclaim a little bit of English pride. |

Tom, I certainly empathise with your views but, don't feel I could trust anyone who appears to have an underlying agenda! And let's face it, who doesn't these days? Honesty and truthfulness seem to be dirty words these days. People are just so tired and worn down by 'so called' promises which fade into obscurity once they have served their purpose. Jen |

To be patriotic doesnt mean you are racialist. to be English is to have won the lottery of life. If your English then be proud of it, this Sunday 23rd April is St Georges day, get your flags out, fly the CROSS of SAINT GEORGE, lobby your MP and tell him you want SAINT GEORGE'S day to become public holiday. yes the BRITISH are a very tolerent people when it comes to immigration and asylum seekers, and proud of it. BUT WHO WILL DRAW THE LINE, AND SAY ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, are present government will not address the issue, and woe betide the party that does, as they will have the racist card thrown at them and villified as racist bigots. these are some of reasons that according to a very well known national news paper today that 8 out of ten people in Dagenham could be voting for the BNP in the forthcoming elections. makes you think! |

yes vivienne, there are some nasty nutters in the bnp, there are also some in the other parties, mascarading as mr, nice guys, at least the bnp have our interests at heart. no i am not a bnp member, i am just a ordinary english guy, sick to death of seeing the country the my forefathers have worked and died for going the way it is. if my views make me a racist for wanting the best for my fellow countrymen and women then so be it. yours tom. |
