Hi there you lovely ladies (and Daniel :) ) I'm Joanne and live in Ossett (bet you'd never have guessed) which is in West Yorkshire. I'm 31, married and have 2 adorable (well some of the time!) boys who are 2 and 4. I started life in England and have ended up here again via Scotland, Norway and the USA. I'm a stay at home mum although I trained as a teacher. I've been on here for nearly 2 years but tend to read threads more than contribute to them. I'm happy to do look ups and help out where I can (not that I'm an expert!) but am on here most days when kids are in bed and hubby is at work. Joanne Just realized I said I'm 31. Well actually I will be 33 in a couple of months. Losing track of my age already. There's no hope for me!!

Mainly known as responsible for the Gaynor Bear Relay and not always popular at times as I am so impatient. Lol. Good Luck in your research and hope to see you contributing to the boards. PS. Most of us are all fantastic folks on here. Have Fun. Jenny.

Hi Ros, isn't it annoying when your kids earn more than you do.....especially when they STILL ask to borrow a tenner LOL Debbie, I can see the Robertson Clan are going to cause some problems. Nothing new there then looking at clan history LOL

Deborah, do you have any Robertsons who moved to Liverpool in the early 1800's? I have a brick wall there. My GGGrandmother was a Robertson, born in Liverpool, servant in London and married my GGGrandfather in West Ham. Beyond her birthplace and year I am lost, as there were about 20 of them born there at that time arrrggghh.

Gene, I've been a free member for more than a year now, but been so bogged down with family problems I haven't had too much time to do the research. However I do now, and the help I have had from the tips board alone is worth the subscription fee. I only paid it a couple of months ago. T x
