*deep sigh* Ok, time to fess up. Apart from presents and music for my daughter's wedding I have never ever in all my long and obviously not very 'with it' life bought a music record, disc, album or whatever. Not even when I was in my teens. All my 'music' comes from free CD's out of the papers. How sad. *deeper sigh* Mags xx

I'm a freak, definitely a freak. *sobs* Dunno why I never did. I've always been surrounded by music. Older brother, younger brother bought records and tapes. My children never did anything without music blaring out. Perhaps I was too busy partying and out listening to bands live to bother. That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it. Freaky Mags xx

I'm a bit strange I have my dvds (about 150) in alphabetical order I have to have the same coloured pegs on a garment If we take 2 cases on hols I ensure I split our clothes equally in case one of them go missing - but worse - I colour co-ordinate the clothes so if black shorts are in one case so are the black sandals along with tops that will match also! One of my major interests is calligraphy........stands proud and erect and unashamed,with one arm behind his back ,chin up sneering at his world..... I am a collector.......... 600+ books 70 watrcoulours/oils 120 Beatrix Potter Figures 90 stamp albums 10 brass microscopes 100's of microscope slides in litle wooden boxes A tin with about 80 little pieces of paper wraps with samples of tree or animal in them A mandolin thats out of tune , a clarinet with no reed ,and a violin witha broken bow. 20 years worth of book collector magazine a whole shelf of antique catalogues that I dont look at anymore A Wallace and Grommit free gift that came with a box of teabags about 8 years ago. A box full of about 2000 postcards covering just 4 designs,totally worthless and useless. A pile of old architraving gleaned from a reclaimed yard ,some pieces 9ft long,lying on a staircase,blocking the way and have been sitting there for three years. Photograph albums of families from 80 years ago stuffed in a cardboard box bought at a sale for a fiver. I eat a big bowl of porridge every morning accompanied by a multivit tablet and im not even 40 yet. I refuse to watch Big Brother for fear of being tainted as normal. I see how quickly I can do the Times Crossword whilst supping a glass of red wine,thinking I am Morse. Do I qualify ?pmsl.......
