Oh I see. Well Im sorry you got involved, but you have been publicly apologised to. for me there is no resolution to this. One member has departed genes (muffy) ...you get the error message up when you click her name. and her Hubbys changed his name. But whos saying they wont return under a different guise ?? Also the site that they are all on has now been locked, so god knows whats being posted about me and others now. makes me sick to think it Elaine x

Hi Ian, I'd normally agree that least said soonest mended, but certain individuals have gone far beyond the 'normal' bickering and board wars. I think it's important that everyone knows what's been going on. A lot of people who have added to this thread are friends of some years' standing and 'smug' is not how I would describe them. Gwynne

Elaine - isn't what they have done illegal? Wouldn't GR be legally bound to provide the police with the details of their real identity? Might be worth investigating sweetie xx

Actually, as we are on the topic, I'm grateful to take this opportunity to send out a big WAVE to those unable, due to suspension, to participate in the discussion. You are still missed and I hope one of you knows how to disentagle knicker elastic because there seem to be many people with their knickers in a twist at the moment!

Ian, those of them who have already rejoined under aliases could quite easily participate in this thread. Those who are not involved in the bullying have nothing to worry about as they will be welcomed back when they have served their suspension.

Ian, I'm sure some are happily discussing it on their own private website, which we are not allowed to read. Others have distanced themselve from it, which is to be admired. Gwynne

Ian If you saw all the evidence for yourself as many of these people have you would be shaking your head in despair at the vendetta being waged against me. This is no little board spat My photo was posted on a site run by these members, under a nasty heading. They have ranted on that site, about how they are going to stitch me up by getting me barred from this site. They posted mails they have sent to genes abuse and the replies. They are copy pasting every move I make on here. They are SCUM A few days ago I was attacked on here by 2 new members...one of them at least is on that site, as I've seen the mail she/he sent to abuse which was pasted on there. I have a right to feel so upset They have kicked ME when I'm down..victims they are not !! (apologies to those banned members NOT involved in all this) Elaine x

Ian Thank you for your comments, however I think you may not have read the posts regarding some of those who have been suspended (not all of them I may add ) and the hurtful website they produced in order to humiliate and case defamation of character to others, if you can defend that sort of behaviour then that is your right, and I therfore hope will appreciate our right to stand together and say that the hurtful remarks and postings they have done under false names is disgusting beyond belief. I would request that if you wish to defend those rseponsible then you do so on your own thread. This thread was put there by myself to enquire as to why if nothing wrong had been done by the minority of the suspended members was the mexican wave deleted? Regards Joanne

Ian Which of those suspended are unable to take part? Have any of them not rejoined? That's a genuine question I don't know the answer to. I'm sorry you feel that people are getting het up over nothing but I've seen the viciousness and bullying that was posted on another website about Elaine. If you think the members who were suspended for breaking the GR rules (which we all know happens however silly we might think the rules) have been harder done to than Elaine, I'm chuffed I don't know you.

Gwynne and Maz, I've no axe to grind. Just thought that one person's bully is another's chum. There seem to be at least two camps here who want to keep on with the gouging and scratching which is quite unnecessary; especially when one lot can't answer for themselves. Everyone, however, seems to insist on having the last word, and having a little dig in the process. To come back down to year zero; what is the point of this thread if it's not to have a dig at people? and what is the point in that, now?

but the whole point is that they CAN answer for themselves, they have rejoined under aliases and have been posting on here for some time.

Ian/Ron - whatever, As I said it is my post and I was asking why the Mexican wave had gone. As for suspended members ( some of them ) answering for themselves - they can as you, I and everyone else here knows that they can, they have been under false names for a while now, as I said before if you wish to defend them and there behaviour please have the manners to do it elsewhere - Thankyou very much Joanne
