Best price found on e bay, at a Buy now price of £11.49 which includes the postage for 14 pads. You wear one on each foot every night for 7 nights, and it is suggested that you repeat this once a month for as long as you wish. Removes toxins from the body, via reflexology points in the feet. Have got mine to try yet. |

Complicated to explain fully to anyone who has not heard of them, just google and there will be diagrams etc as well as lists of ingredients. |

Also add any tips you might have: 1. Make sure you have cleaned your feet and they are dry, before putting the pads on. They won't stick on so well if your feet are grubby, sweaty, or damp. 2. Wear thin socks over them so they stay on your feet. Also, the heat helps them work more effectively. 3. Have some wet wipes close to the bed, so you can take the pads off and clean your feet before walking across the carpet/floor to the bathroom, and a plastic bag to throw the used pads in cos they are yukky. Personally I think the ones I used were good and I will be trying them again, I have been in direct contact with the people who sell them, and they are very helpful. Am thinking of buying a large amount and letting friends try them, works out cheaper that way. Have fun, Liz |

Thought I would start this thread so we can all compare the results and effects of the detox pads tried recently or in the future. Liz |
