Congratulations! We had Margaret running through both families, I wasnt keen (my middle name) but didnt want to loose the link - so called eldest daughter Megan - the welsh version-instead. Other two Daughters are Niamh and Tierney. Still love those names but it was tough on Niamh when first learning to read/write cos you cant do her name phoneticly! She gets dozens of different spellings Neeve, Neive, Neave etc - but that's fair enough if you pick a difficult name, and people who see the name but havent heard it call her Niam and Niaomi! - She takes it in good spirit though. Always liked Jamie/James for a boy - but never got to use it. Good luck, Helenx x x

we called our middle daughter Eleanor - Dads' favourite character from a horror film! Whole family thought we were mad - said daughter now a goth and thinks its a really 'cool' idea! We had tried for originality too but when she started school there were another 3 in her class all spelt differently! I'm sure whatever you choose will suit the little 'un.
