My daughter was born the 23rd December as wel.....We put our tree up 6 days before christmas and take it down 6 days after, 12 days of christmas,

I regret to say that I leave mine up all year round. I find that it helps to relieve a little of the stress associated with Christmas time !

one daughter born 14th Dec one born 15th Dec so it usually up in time for their birthdays and we normally see of a tin of sweets for their partys as well

Usually the weekend before the weekend before Christmas, i.e. probably 16/17 Dec this year (excuse me, had to go & look at calendar!) We get a real one, so not too early. Angela
