Hi, why not go to a Spiritualist Church ... I find that even if I don't receive a message I feel uplifted once I have been, then again you just may get something through. Also sleeping with crystals under your pillow can help and depending on the situation depends upon the crystals you hould use. I have a crystal bible if anyone wants me too look up what may be of use to them. Tx |
