50's. Johnny Ray with Little white cloud that cried. Frankie Laine Hank Williams Roy Rogers and Dale Evans they visited Liverpool and Trigger was stabled in the council stable yards. I used to look out of my bedroom window morning and evening so that I could see him. Saturday afternoon cinema and depending on just which film you saw running down the brew either playing Cowboys and Indians, shooting each other with invisible guns or calling like Tarzan. Fighting with Ming the Merciless from Flash Gordon 'Saviour of the Universe. Such carefree days and very happy memories. Beryl x

Think yourself lucky Mike....my lad works for British Bakeries....the shifts are 12 hours long - days 6 am to 6 pm...nights 6pm to 6 am. Dee x
