Ah thanks June feeling a bit fed up with myself this last week did something I never do, had to get weighed now I know why half my clothes don't fit then the dentist said like it or not I will have to wear dentures soon. Certainly know how to cheer people up don't they. The grey I can hide lol. Old age has crept up all of a sudden. But really I think I am a nice person most of the time. Germaine x |

lol Sheila-I couldn't resist, hmm, I am the fool that rushes in where Angels fear to tread!!! ...I have a big heart and suffering makes me cry....I am shy and have to know people really well before I relax in company.....I take people as they are....I panic in a crisis....I have a weird sense of humour.....I am beautiful on the inside, but it doesn't make it to the surface!!! lol Nanna-Moo ;-)) |

I go to the gym 3 times a week come home and eat and eat and eat.. I still smoke (doctor told me to stop,have sticky blood)but have cut down to 10 a day. I am a helpful kind Essex girl born and bred. |
