you're right books usually are better but i like the film of Shawshank Redemption better than the short story but maybe thats because i love most things Morgan Freeman and Tim Robbins are in (saying that i love Stephen King too lol). I really must go to bed now cos im up at 7 for work. Night xx

You mean you were in Bambi, Hays? lol No, I mean Little Women! I can't think of all the films I have cried over through the years, I loved the original Dr Zhivago, that music and Julie Christie and Omar Sharif ... And Ghost has to be my all time favourite. Filling up just thinking of some of these films, many of which others have already mentioned, K v K, etc etc
