Just to add ...I have read that someone says your passed the stage now you have done it..I wouln't agree with that. I gave up for 12mths and started again ( but i am weak and usleless ) I have people who have stopped for 20 years and still get the craving. However I admire anyone who tries . Hi Rose I am now in my 11th hour of no fags and it is hard isn't it!, have been messing about with tree this morning to take my mind off it and it seems to be working just wish everyone else in the house would stop it now keep getting a waft of smoke and its making me feel a bit sick Alaina xx |

thanks peeps Alaina i dont think in the begining i could have handaled peeps smoking in my home lol im in my 7th week and i still fancy one but i wont have one . the cravings in the morning have finally gone now thank god (that was the hardest time for me ) i gave up coz i couldnt afford it anymore im rich now lol. Hayley i know what you mean , my mum gave up 20 years ago she still fancies one and since she has given up shes always ill as well never mind though i intend on becoming a non smoker , despite getting fat :-( Rosex Alaina well done |

LOL pp i was out on sat night and i had a bit of a row (i didnt start it ) so i had a fag to calm meself down but i didnt smoke it all coz it made me feel very very sick. thank god lol Rosex |
