Fulking Hill and Devils Dyke are part of the South Downs. It is very high at DD, and on clear day you can see Windsor Castle (so they say). It is a place of natural beauty. Also popular with kite fliers and hang gliders. There is even a kite shop next to the Devils Dyke pub. DD is v-shaped and folklore is the valley was the work of the devil. The devil was digging a trench to let the sea flood the churches of Sussex. The digging disturbed an old woman who lit a candle, causing a rooster to crow, making the devil believe the morning was fast approaching. The devil then fled, leaving his trench uncompleted. The Isle of Wight is supposed to be the pile of earth from the trench Joanne

In Aberdeen there is a Back Wynd. Been to a place in Canada called Head Smashed in Buffalo jump (Abreviated to Head Smashed In). Oh and Lake Minnew*anka. I also used to live in Dragon Lane when I lived in Wales.
