The goddess Juno is a fine and noble person to have been named after. |

Named after a Goddess, much better than the Channel, ( pronounced Chanel ), Diesil, Koko, C.J., Saffire, L.E. ( pronounced Ellie ) and Mindee I have in my class at the moment. |

You'll never win with names. I gave my son a name I thought would be suitable for both a child or adult and one that couldn't be shortened. So when he started school it was lengthened! |

in the births in our local paper one night there was a birth announced - the baby was named Deckland!! Presumably that's how they thought one spells Declan :-S |

I suppose it is up to them but we have a Judith and a Jeremy in our family and both are called Jay. Different branches and generations. So maybe she will end up being called Jay (j for juno) or Ju! :-) |

Something that you have to consider with children's names is their initials. |
