I haven't heard anything else from Tec's daughter,so I have just sent an email. The weekend must be especially difficult for her because as well as Tec who is in a hospital about forty minutes from where she lives, she has to visit the Duchess who is close to where Tec lives and that is a very long way

Just returned from a week in the Lke District where I had no WiFi in the accommodation. I did know about the op though and have been thinking a lot about tec. I hope that the pain is now under control Tec and that you are recovering from the op.
what a wonderful daughter you have, she must be so worried, not only visiting you but also the Duchesse and also keeping us all informed via Linda (thanks Linda for that).

I just managed to talk to Tec, he sounds fine, but says there is a long way to go. He is itching to get back on the internet as he has his laptop, but the hospital has no wifi. he is going to send his on in law on a mission to get a wifi dongle thing
