I like the cheese & onion
And a can of ginger beer
But if it's not low calorie
I come over sort of queer.
:-(

I have my glass of lager
but don't have any crisps :-)
I suppose that if I gulp it
instead of taking sips
I will not miss the crisps so much
but then again I might
'cos without the ready salted
it's quicker to get tight.

:-D
Well I suppose it keeps you occupied
And the boards a moving
But try to behave whilst being a slave
your masculinity proving

Remember that claws are meant for us girls
So I hear the men say
no matter how far one's pushed
Smile and say G'day :-D

What a load of trash I write
Especially this time of morning
Where's the fun without a fight
Go on.....forget my warning! :-D

I wrote the last cos it rhymed
Not because it was meant
Mustn't incite anarchy now
Or the naughty step I'll be sent

:-D

Sheesh my verses do get worse
and worse and worse and worser
Someone stop and make the tea
Put a halt to my moving curser........

Methinks I should go back to bed
The rhyming's taken over
It is a curse that gets worse.......
now what rhymes with over?...oh yes.....Dover :-D

Allan

Allan Report 17 Nov 2013 06:35

Sorry, Miss Susanwiv :-(

Handbags at dawn! yes, I now see
What was meant by the phrase
seems the boys,
have thrown out their toys
And rattles are sword of the day.

:-D :-D

Threads is plural, as may be seen,
Whereas thread's implies a shortening,
Or corruption, if you are green.

You received a gamma!
I'm not surprised, when you post
What passes for English Grammar

As for the Thread, it only
Appears to have been started,
As Susanwiv was feeling lonely

:-D :-D :-D :-D ;-)

Weekend almost gone
Wolves top of League One
Ethan Ebanks-Landell
Scored his goal so well
Distinguished Kenny Jackett?
Well, he must earn a packet

Ms Duffy, move over
As Cocoa takes over

When I was at school
We wrote poetry
Our English master
Was Mr Oatree

I once had a gamma
For my crafted verse.
Is that good, very good,
Or decidedly worse

No one here to shout
"It's not what threads about ;-)

(Sound of tumbleweed floating through the bush)

Theres one in Cambridge
On the backs
If you visit
Take your macs

Classic poetry on this thread
The standard of Keats and Percy
Bysshe Shelley - a funny name
But it rhymes with Mersey.
:-D

Mersey

Mersey Report 16 Nov 2013 23:24

Copy and paste
Do not do in haste
Always comply
to catch someones eye

Relate to a post
Even if you are not the host
Do not be sly own up to your actions
Other than having the extractions

*I Thank you*
:-D :-D :-D

My Continental drift
Is causing thoughts to shift
To the famous Bridge of Sighs
I think it is in Ven-ize

Takes low bow :-D

John, it matters not,
Wimp or wuzz,
Not one jot
Do I care, nor will cuss
Because the term PC
Means a personal computer to me

Sorry to Hear you've been RR'd,
Your reputation has been feathered and tarred!
Was it by someone acting pro bono publico?
Or merely someone having a go?
I have no doubt that you'll bounce right back
And continue posting with your usual, very witty, knack
:-D :-D :-D

Ok, Shakespeare it ain't, but I am trying :-0

According to OH I'm very trying :-D :-D :-D
