Morning, well must admit I thought this thread would have been
deleted because of a take over bid but happy to see it still here.
Nice one Ann :-)

Emma :-)

I prefer Sainsburys myself :-D

Muffyxx Report 9 Feb 2013 10:28

I'm against Ann deleting it...because I'm against folk deleting anything...unless of course it includes personal details that should never be put on a public forum.

John if the thread is making you old and grumpy...just stop reading it.

JustJohn

JustJohn Report 9 Feb 2013 10:26

Well, delete it. I am very happy it is deleted. Who on earth is against you deleting it.

It is making folk old and cross. You are making me old and less wiser. :-( :-( :-(

I have made my feelings clear before, John. I think we all have the right to give our opinions, no matter how boring or banal it may seem to some.

AnnCardiff

AnnCardiff Report 9 Feb 2013 10:24

I agree with you on nothing John - if it is deleted it will be because of you - no other reason

I was as angry as a bag of snakes this morning when I discovered herself had left the car window open during a dampish night.

I felt like a fool too for not noticing the situation earlier.

That's just part of the ups & downs of opposite sex marriage partners. I still think she's a treasure & she thinks I'm a .............. But I'll let her tell you that herself as soon as she has finished making my breakfast.

JustJohn

JustJohn Report 9 Feb 2013 10:22

Well, AnnC and I are both agreed that this thread should now be deleted.

Which of us do you disagree with, BC?

ButtercupFields

ButtercupFields Report 9 Feb 2013 10:21

John...you are either a very brave man or a very foolish one :-D Lesser folk have flinched, flounced and faded back into obscurity when every post they made was greeted with howls of derision....but you appear to be 'as welcome as a fart in a spacesuit'....and, you are still here :-D :-D

JustJohn

JustJohn Report 9 Feb 2013 10:20

I suggested you remove this thread yesterday, AnnC. You took no notice. Perhaps you will do it today instead ;-)

When I chat to people we usually start with a topic which generally leads onto to something else as we go off on a tangent. I think that's called 'conversation' but maybe I'm wrong and next time it happens I should be quite firm about getting back to the original topic.

Must also make a point of asking people about the more intimate part of their relationships - apparently that is also the done thing ;-)

AnnCardiff

AnnCardiff Report 9 Feb 2013 10:19

she's sure to see your comment :-S on an unrelated thread

Chrissies

Welcome back to the boards :-D :-D Seen your thread and you have really had a bad time. :-(

I just have to once again go off OP, but I have noticed Tesco seems to crop up in many threads. ;-)

AnnCardiff

AnnCardiff Report 9 Feb 2013 10:16

how could any of us be at peace with you banging on and on - well over a hundred of the postings on this thread are yours, these are in the main, lengthy postings regaling us with your "love life" and your career over many years - we are just not interested in knowing about YOU - we know far too much already because let's face it, you can't stop telling us about your prowess as a store manager - big deal - your success with females in your younger life - ad nauseum - most of us take your ramblings with a large pinch of slt - you are boring, irritating and relentless and I am now seriously considering deleting this whole thread - I've had enough of you

Chrissies

Chrissies Report 9 Feb 2013 10:12

i dont really worry about it to each their own what makes you/them happy then go for it but the legality of it i am not in favor of a commitment ceremony should be enough

JustJohn

JustJohn Report 9 Feb 2013 10:06

There are posts from friendly people on this thread and posts from those considered not so friendly. If a friendly person goes off topic to discuss any of the leading supermarkets and a less friendly person who has worked in management for that company for over 20 years also joins in - How does the OP react?

1. Suggest to both they are off topic
2. Remonstrate gently with the friendly one
3. Charge at the less friendly one with all 25 pounders blazing

Answers on a postcard please. Hope you are in better tempers this morning :-)

Muffyxx Report 9 Feb 2013 09:48

***disclaimer*** other supermarkets ARE availabble :-D

Does >>>>>>>COULD BE mean the same as ARE?perhaps a re-read....... eh.!

I would certainly like to know the reasons of those MPs who voted against,,,,,,,,,not those who abstained.......

I doubt any couple would ask anyone their opinion on the intimate part of their relationship.

Can you like,,,,but abhore everything a person is,,,,,,,,? as they are is who they are it come as a package.......

AnnCardiff

AnnCardiff Report 9 Feb 2013 09:42

so exactly how is Tesco related to same sex marriage
