Everyone will soon get used to it.......there was bigger hollerin when we first got the pale green with flock wallpaper and purple ,,,,,,some said they couldnt see text and kicked up such a storm........after a few weeks nobody complained ever again. |

I love the new look but agree that some members who have sight problems will find the screen a tad too bright. |

Regarding the emoticons, it must be some sort of browser/os problem. I can see them (Vista/IE9) . When they had the christmas versions and reverted too normal, some people saw the changes immediately, some (including me) had to refresh, and some went for days before they reverted. |

The problem with reducing the screen brightness, is that it then makes other sites dim. It is only this site which is too stark |
