In America, they call us crocheters, hookers.LOLOL

Off for the night and feed the OH.

PS. I am looking for a pattern to make a chicken, but not a caricature. After seeing pot ones for sale at almost £30, I thought I ought to have a go at making one. And, I don''t fancy Paper mache. It is so messy

I shall ponder that over a vat of vino, Island. Perhaps you should have a thread re a title, and ask for suggestions from the inventive geniuses on GR? :-D :-D

Well......I do have a blog or two but not crochet as yet. I'm pondering a catchy title, seeing as I only returned to it 18 months ago do you think 'born again hooker' would attract some followers? I trust your judgement implicitly BC ;-) :-D

I know the feeling Julia! and I don't even have a garden! maybe they don't have homes to run or are so irritatingly organised that they can set a few hours aside to indulge the hook :-0
I keep thinking about doing a blog but doubt I could produce enough to keep other bloggers interest. Never say never I suppose.

Now where's that Mersey gone? I changed my avatar bach 'specially for her :-D

My hexagons are 4" across from the straight edges but I've added and extra row which makes them 5"

Island, I have just had another look at the site. No, I am not using Attic24, but, cosymadethings.blogspot. This is probably why mine have turned out to be 7" across.
I wish I had as much time as those people seem to have to make some of the gorgeous things. But then, perhaps they have not got a garden LOLOL

Hiya, not sure which pattern I'm using, but it works out well, and as you say, more modern than the squares.
Off to have a look at the Attic 42 pattern, now I have completed my first one.
