Sounds tasty Prickles, me laddo used to call them 'stuffed jackets'.
No animals in ours though unless you count the odd bit of finger from the cheese grater :-0 :-0

One of my favorite crispy bacon recipe's.......

Bake jacket potatoes until nice and crispy. (Sprinkle with salt before baking)

Remove from the oven, cut into halves and scoop out the potatoe.

Mix with butter, pepper, finely sliced spring onions and pieces of crispy bacon.

Put the mixture back into the half potatoe skins.........cover with cheese and pop back into the oven until the cheese has metled and slightly crispy on the top.

Result............Deeeeelicious!!

Get to a butcher once a month for supplies. Bacon doesnt keep that long unless frozen. I give my rashers about 2mins in the microwave and then into the pan. That gets rid of a lot of the water. have the pan on anyway for the eggs.
