I think we all know that the 93 year old spinster with the tuk-tuk is not real.

Dont we? :-)

I thought MotownGal's thread about the dancing man might be a fib but then I changed my mind when I saw it.

Yes, many a time I think the same. Thing is if you voice the fact you're a bad 'un.

Still, it is funny when people slip up, and the gullible dont even realise ;-)

Did i ever tell you I was 5'10', a willowy, natural blonde.....?

The funny thing is some of the most unbelievable things are the truth, and vice versa :-D

im not talking about funny stories or jokes which i love,im talking about serious issues, members post time and time again and every story is worse than the last, they must have very hard lives or they are attension seekers.i just wondered if any one else thought the same or was it just me.xx

I think you'd have to be very careful actually accusing anyone. Some people really do have hard lives. It would be hard to judge what is true and what is not on here. Don't forget a lot of people are known to others in 'real' life so would not get away with lying on here.

im not accusing anyone,im just saying some storys are hard to believe thats all.

Personally I'd always rather give the benefit of the doubt, especially since seeing one or two posts questioning events that were known by all to be true, and easily proveable.

After some reflection, and a run of unfortunate happenings affecting various family members & close friends, I came to the conclusion that some people really do live through some pretty bleak times.

There is of course no way of my knowing whether everything people post on the boards is strictly or even partially true, but I would rather be thought a fool than be a cynic so ....

Is somebody questioning how guitarists fall at my feet??

When I'm not tripping on them and falling on my face ... my feet, not the guitarists; them, I try to step around carefully.

Yes, I know, it may seem somewhat less than credible that one person could injure herself in so many and varied and frequent ways, but 'tis true, all true.

As are the No.1 guitarist's various sometimes life-threatening but always annoying little hospitalization episodes ...

I may aim to entertain, but it's true, all true!! ;-)

Fiona aka Ruby

Fiona aka Ruby Report 7 Jun 2011 22:50

I've always suspected that at least one of the guitarists is actually 2nd trombonist...
