You can do it and yes it does get better. I gave up nearly two years ago after smoking 20 fags a day for 25 years and I feel great. I had lots of support from peeps on here so I would suggest you keep adding to your thread and I for one will keep supporting you 100% |

Good for you Sylvia, percevere and you will win,it takes a lot of self control to do it,but if you want to you will succeed.Just think of what you can spend all the money you will have saved, just the cost of 20 a day works out at almost £1800.in a year. Good luck and keep at it.**M**. |

Its a big help if you can get rid of the smell of smoking out of your house and clothing, you,d be surprised how contaminated with smoke. but you never notice it whilst being a smoker.**M**. |

Have you read about Zyban? It really worked for my father-in-law. He'd had many unsuccessful attempts at quitting smoking but this was the drug that helped. |

Just hang in there, you can do it. just keep reminding yourself...You do not smoke. And after you have stopped dont have a wee sneaky puff as it will start you off again. |

If your going to give up, you have to do it 100%., you have to STOP there and then, no puffs here and there...because you will never break the habit. |
