Aaaah TW I wasn't going to mention THE score and give you the satisfaction of gloating!!!!

I know I ain't dying, I know there are plenty worse off than me, just got one of my *sh%te* days.

I have a person who needs help with letters tomorrow so that will take my mind off it.

When himself said "don't worry not helping" I went off to bed for a sulk for a couple of hours..lol

I can live with my duff leg but two crap arms/shoulders has really tipped me over the edge. I can get them both up at 90% in front of me so if you know of any film parts coming up for the 'undead' (I won't need much makeup) please let me know.

OH FGS you miserable mare. Stop feeling bloody sorry for yerself, you've got a score to get tonight.

Seriously Sue, try focussing on what you CAN do instead of what you can't. You're entitled to have a 'I miss being able to do that' day from time to time, but there's still lots that you CAN do, that I bet your hubby can't.

because I am about as useful as a chocolate fireguard.

Himself works full time, does as much overtime as is going then has to do almost everything around the house and garden that involves physical effort.

I had the hump today because I couldn't help him in the garden, he says don't worry about it but that's not the point! I WANT to help and not just watch him.

I am sick to bloody death of not being able to do things for myself, be independent and generally be me!

I don't want sympathy just a good kick up the bum to get me back on an even keel again. Weeping and wailing really isn't me, plus it's a waste of energy.

So get kicking please!
