I haven't really had a worst present, but my Son and DIL gave me a set of smellies that I can't use. I only have a shower in my flat, and it's a set of body scrub, body lotion, bath foam and bath salts....bless.

I have three best pressies, one is a mouse mat. Its a professional photo of my two grandaughters, put onto the mouse mat. I'm going to frame it though, to preserve it.

The second is from my mum, a beautiful gold heart necklace, with a mother -of pearl heart in the middle, and in the middle of that a tiny gold rose with a teeny ruby on one of the petals.

The third, well I don't know what to think. It's a gorgeous little teddy bear, cream and fluffy, with a bunch of mauve flowers and a mauve cushion, with 'for my daughter' embroidered on it. It's really nice. BUT....

When I phoned her to thank her, she said, 'Well I thought it's about time I bought you another teddy, it must be 50 years since I bought the last one for you!' Thanks mum!

Ohhh I Hagar bought me a gorgeous fluffy pink dressing gown, which the cat has claimed has his and demands that I leave it on the bed made into a nest for him. *tsk*

Poor Hagar got the latest James Bond DVD from my Son and DIL....we didn't have the heart to tell them he hates James Bond films...but his favourite is a Liverpool egg cup....he used to have a collection of them but they got nicked, so he was thrilled with that.

Didn't have any worst gifts......but so pleased with an unusual present from OH......

.....an envelope with a letter inside giving me clues to a short break he was taking me on in March.....

Somewhere I had never been but he had....
Somewhere we would fly to and giving a series of dots for the name of the airport....
a picture of a pizza........a singing tenor........and a small cup of coffee.....

....got the answer.....going to Rome to see the Trevi fountain, Spanish steps (got a jugsaw of that).....Vatican City and anything else we can fit in in a couple of days.......how neat was that!!!!....

I can't decide which was the best , it's a toss up between the lovely art set and the "posh " National Trust gardening tools : )) My kids really did get it right for me this year .

The worst I guess was three boxes of biscuits.....made all the worse by the fact most of the family haven't been about much so I'm eating far to many of them.................LOL

best presie was me being able to stick to agreement with hubby not to buy pressies for each other.

And as I have an agreement with my sister and hubbys sister not to buy for each other and just the children it means we dont get pressies although got voucher and my liquorice allsorts from mum and dad but have normally eaten them by now and not even opened them yet and my three got me sweets , cooking books and some Tess Daly moisturiser. Hubby loved the Chri Rea box set they got him and the Glenfiddich mum and dad got him.
