Don't do anything too drastic to it until after next summer ... we can come and picnic there for the Kent meet!

Yeah!

Pat, it was good to watch the programme and see how you had done so much work on the plot. I am glad you got it and can make such good use of it - it will be a family memory to be talked about in generations to come and lovely to have a safe area for the youngsters to have fun in. When they get to the age they don't need so much playspace you can always have a veggie garden and greenhouse etc there perhaps and maybe a stall at the front to sell your goods lol
Nice to see Fudge and Rolo and family and hope they are all well now. You have a lovely family and should be very proud of them all and you came across well too.

Have a great Christmas, Santa has plenty of room to park his sleigh and stretch his legs lol

Saw you and your hubby, and wow! did you go for it!!!
Glad you managed to get the land, as also nice to put a face to the name.
Well done, and make sure the railway pays you a handsome amount for access.

Thanks for the replies everyone,

Mo ,
We are practically neighbours then :-)

Jill,
We won't really do much else to it I doubt. We just don't have the time (or inclination).

Paulene and Liz,
thanks for the nice comments.

Diane,
My cat is very friendly and was probably seeking attention.

Shirley,
The railway isn't at the bottom of my garden. It is to the side :-) Does that stop he confusion? :-)

Crystalcat and Rachael. Thanks,

Tartan,
In the end the railway offered us £200 per year for unlimited access. We refused. We just were not willing to give our privacy away for £4 per week!

Hi Pat
Yep thought it must be to one side but the disorientation was showing their access that looked like it was at the bottom of the plot.
I think i lost the PLOT !!! lol

Hi Pat

I put the programme on skyplus when you first mentioned you were going to be on tele. I just got around to watching it today. It was great to see your children enjoying themselves.

Lovely to put a face to a name.
