I am hoping our news keeps on getting better but I am not holding my breath. I hope you get better news too as I know you have had a lot of bad <3

My problem is not enough exercise and people keep buying me chocolate :-D :-D

I'm pleased that everything is going well with the family. I'm in need of some good news for a change!! :-D :-D

We are going to try walking more as we both need gentle exercise. :-D. They are all doing well and growing fast thanks. Still a few little niggles going on but a great improvement all round. New one has already doubled his birth weight and is always smiling

Well done, you two!! I was doing quite well until last year and I have put it all back on!! I cant use R's gym now as C has grown up and moved out so there is no-one to set up the equipment for me and I'm not sure that I could manage some of it now!! :-( :-(

How are the girls and the new addition to the family? :-)

No with so much going on I couldn't get my head around it. OH and I are trying to keep to our own diet and we have had small results :-D

Same here I still hang about in Leggings and baggy tops except when I go out. :-D

Afternoon all, I have just sat down after being on the go all morning. Tons of washing done, floors vacuumed and steamed and kitchen scrubbed.
Phew that's me done in for the day. :-D :-D :-D

Morning I am just getting my head around the fact its morning ,I am shattered after a full weekend with family
Also church too
its so mild today i have the heating off back door open, floors washed I have done admin too
I have a wide awake moggie angling for food her bowls are in the wash typical as always

Afternoon all, sunny now after pouring rain this morning. I had to go out for some milk and got soaked :-|

I am not sure they do as they are very destructive critters :-D

Hubby calls them all tree rats, I supposed they do some good somewhere in the country. :-D ;-)
