Same here I don't think I have gained any this week but I don't think I have lost any either. We shall see what the scales say on Thursday :-D. The GP warned me that I would probably plateau after her changing me to a high protein diet and also trying to get my meds sorted. They are happy with my meds now so hopefully that aspect of it will settle down. |

Morning all, just back from Archive , earlier today as I had to be here for a phone call from GP re my meds review. That is all sorted now thank goodness so I can sit for a while with a well earned coffee before doing some odd jobs about the place. We will be shopping tomorrow. :-D |

Tomorrow we go food shopping and on Wednesday I'm hoping to go to the local records office to look for a will and at the electoral register for someone not on the public one and Friday meeting my friend for a natter, phew and breathe. :-D |
