I'm sorry you were upset, Daff - you of all people. I honestly wouldn't worry about it and certainly not about Jean. There's enough of us to make sure Jean knows how much she is loved. I don't know who Shep is and if she is Mel or not. All I know is that the boards have been just fine lately and mostly because we have all pulled together for Jean's battle. Whatever that thread was about is just stuff and nonsense. Now polish up that wonderful hug of yours and pass it around:-)))

twice now Shepherd has very pointedly said she is a 68 year old woman.... why? I don't come on and say "because I am a 51 year old I am this or that " no one else does either...each of us just states our opinion as who we are not by 'rank based on age' as it were....

The only person making something out of nothing was Shep, who I feel was referring to Gwens thread which was posted hours before to which i answered.

As I said earlier, once it was realized sheps thread wasnt fullfilling its ambition to direct people to Gwens thread, Shep deleted it once you posted your spiteful remark to me on Gwens thread, bringing it back to the top of the board to cause trouble last night..

Its a game you three have played before on the board, same scenario. If you think people dont notice then youre wrong, because they do, and you show yourself up doing it.

Haha it reminded me of a kid who stamps their feet and demands that all the other kids like em and play with em lol

Gave me a few chuckles, but i'm glad to say i was well in the land of nod by 10pm so didn't see the going of it, not that i would have stayed up specifically anyway, load of old tosh....

I have another question. Why does Shep think she's earned respect by putting up a thread which is clearly set to inflame? With comments like she put on there, she then decided it was disrespectful to her for people to ask for clarification?

Nobody earns respect like that I'm afraid, so it's no use bleating about it.

Actually, I was hurt and upset yesterday, to be honest with you.... someone was trying to burst my bubble on a thread of mine... I took umbrage. I think this person was wumming.... am I allowed to say that?

Shepherd hadn't been disrespected as far as I could see, over the previous few days.... strange though.... Good ole Shep, true to type.... her syntax is remarkably like someone elses.... I get so fed up with this wumming whenever the boards begin to be really pleasant.

Carol, I have no axe to grind with Shepherd.... but she was trying to inflame yesterday with her thread... and as far as I could see, only I, and my beliefs, had been disrespected on my thread. Sheps behaviour was odd, to say the least, if her thread was innocent. I happen not to believe it was, and I am fed up with Shep, Elvie, Mel and their ilk. And no... I am not saying they are the same person.... although one can't help but wonder about two of them.

Wish they'd go and find another place to play.

As far as I can so, the only person making something out of nothing was shep herself, by saying that people were being hurt and upset every day on here. I find that rather an odd thing to say seeing as there have been no rows on these boards since she arrived, roughly about the same time as someone else disappeared. She was asked politely several times on that thread what she's talking about, and she went off bleating about not getting any respect. Well where are the facts? WHO has been upset and hurt every day on here?
