Must be lovely for you to have cooler weather, can remember how hot it was for you, also Jackie, Daphne others in Oz ... unbearably hot at times. xxx

They do say it's going to be in the 80's today, thinking of those including my OH who will be on the road travelling.

Before I toddle off to see if ther newspaper has arrived,
I must tell you that about 55 whales beached themselves
near Fish Hoek in the Western Cape Province yesterday. 44 had to be euthanased after attempts to rescue them failed. Sad isn't it?

The pictures on our TV yesterday were really sad.
Rescuers managed to get some back into the water but they
just beached themselves again further along.

No Shimms, OH's birthday tomorrow, then it would have been MiL's anniversary on the 6th then my birthday in a couple of weeks, next day Sis's anniversary, then Sis's birthday and a few friends either side of my birthday.....
