Born Mansfield, before that from Calverton ...

But my grandma's uncle once owned the pub on Canal Street in Worksop. Probably where Robin and the band used to refresh themselves after a long day's robbin.

I don't fancy being a landlady though. Although ... I could just bar the lot of you ...

That costs money, so methinks the price will go up a groat or two .................. unless I can attract a sleeping partner with money

Have to keep in with ye MO......after all ye offered me some oats and groats for underthings........still scratching after being sewn into me hopsack all winter........a nice soft pair of M & S knickerlings would help.......

.....had enough crackling......need a pint of good ale and some pork scratchings.....

How's trade tonight........and where is ye olde landlady.....

I would ahve you know that I have been slaving away in the yard.

That old pig that someone left needed lots doing to it.


There's tripe and pig's trotters.

I did think of roasting the head with an apple in its mouth, but couldn't find a decent apple.

Pork chops and sides of bacon smoking
