Huia, I have seen the photo's on FB. Oooh was that a witchety (sp) grub that the woman was eating. I know it was not a real one, but it did look authentic love. |

Mo, it is the Aussies who eat witchetty grubs. Ours are called huhu, but they are probably the same beastie. And my photography is not as good as some of the other members of the club do. I am more into snapshots generally speaking. Some of the other club members do stuff that looks more professional, and arty stuff. |

Oooops my mistake Huia, about the grub I mean, I forgot they are an Australian delicacy, not NZ. |

Dropping in from Hampshire. Still no baby, they came round to see us yesterday and if nothing happens before she will be induced tomorrow. When they first told us about the baby they said the first week in July by their estimate but the midwife said 26 June. I think their date was most likely right. |

Ann, everything has gone except the work tables, which I am hoping a primary school could use them , I have lots of my own stuff but need to decided how to store it although I may have to off load some stuff ;-) ;-) once the tables have gone I will have a better Idea....I kept finding stuff I had complely forgotten, I had stuff from quite a few years back..but the lady who took nearly all of it came back and took the rest, and I thought I was addicted !!! so its done now......I will send the last lot of pics to you, |

So pleased to hear you are o.k. Sallie and had a lovely birthday, the sunshine would help too....have you started your christmas cards yet? I did a load before I closed the craft room down, now everthing has gone, except the stuff I shall keep, now we are looking at getting a narrow American style fridge/freezer , then the conservatory will be completly empty and I should be able to have room for a desk and some drawers , so hopefully it will be just the thing I will need, we have just had the front of the house painted so ticked that off my list of things to do ;-) next job is having the fence that partitions our parking plot mended someone broke it , so that needs sorting.. |

Glad you liked the pics Jean. Sounds like it is all systems go for the conservatory and nice to tick off jobs that need doing isn't it. You must be pleased to get the house painted. I really don't have any problem with the NHS hearing aids, I think mine are great and people are often surprised when I point out I am wearing them (and I have short hair). S Savewr's are fine, my sister has them, the in the ear ones. Downside is that you pay for maintenance and batteries. |
