According to the Oprah Winfrey doctors, the best treatment for night sweats, hot flushes, mood swings weight gain and loss of libido is Testosterone .Used in conjunction with bio identical progesterone(serenity cream) it is claimed ALL these symptoms will be eased if not cured within a week! I'm off to find out what my doctor thinks of this though I'm a bit concerned about growing a beard and taking up smoking a pipe lol. |

Hi A.B., I said that about FB too and it's surprising how many people I know popped up on it,now I check it every day straight after my e-mails.Resisting Bebo though ,my kids are on it and they might not want me to know everything they get up to! |

think I'm having someone else's share of hot flushes! Not sure if it's the change or if I'm coming down with something ,feel a bit tight accross the chest annd a bit wheezy and every time I move I break out in a horrible sweat, might just take to my bed for the weekend O.H. working 'til at least 10pm so no need to cook or even get dressed if I dont want to. |

I get quite upset even thinking about taking that photo with me Patricia.I just hope I can find it.I would wait until after the wedding and then tell her daughter that I had her Mum with me.I have become Rachel's second Mum and have known her since she was 22months old.I think Rachel would quite like the idea of her Mum being in my handbag lol |

Hi Jane, I can totally understand you wanting to take your friends photo to her daughters wedding. We're photographers to trade and have been for 35 years and the thing we have always told clients is that one day that picture maybe really special to you,not necesssarily ,now,or even in 5 or 10 years but in the future you'll look back at it and remember even the smallest details of the day.We always take every guest's picture at a wedding and can tell them from experience how they'll feel when they look back and see the littlest bridesmaid whose all grown up with kids of her own or their parents and grandparents who were there to share in their special day.I look back at my wedding photos and am always pleased to see all the people who are no longer with us,It's possible now that you might digitally add your friends photo to one of the bride if you think she would like to.I'm sure she'll be there in spirit anyway. |

Photo's , I too have loads, came across a big bag that was given to my mum when my grandad died .they were in our Attic because she didn't have any room for them, naturally I found them after she had passed away and there's ones of people who I don't know either. |

Maybe the next miserable day we have,I will turn out those photos. There is one photo I need to find.It is of my best friend who sadly died 10 years ago.Her daughter is getting married in March in Dubai and I want to take this picture in my bag to the wedding. It sounds daft but I would like to think her Mum will be there in some form!! I'm not mad really lol |

Hi Jane, I know that scenario very well, we have boxes and boxes of photographs,my daughter met a girl she was at nursery school with and they got to talking about her 3rd birthday party where everyone came in their pj's .Where are those pictures she asked and 5 hours later with stiches in our sides from giggling we found them.We had a great time helped along by a nice bottle of red wine and a (large) box of choccies.I found photos I'd forgot existed, including those Aussie ones I just mentioned. We decided the next time we feel a bit "down" we'll work our way through the rest.Great way to spend an afternoon |

That has reminded me Patricia,I have hundreds and hundreds of photos to sort through.I just know when I sit down to make a start I will just spend the whole day looking at them and not sorting or chucking out lol.Probably have a few tears too. |

Found a pile of photographs in the attic ,some 100 years old ,that I got from O.H.'s granny about 30 years ago.I remember taking out the ones for the direct tree and promptly forgot about the rest.Sorry to say gran passed away just a few years later and with her went the information about who was who in the pictures.Recently got in touch with a 2nd cousin of my M.I.L. in Australia and as most of the photographs were of the family who emigrated there I've sent them on to him.The resemblance in some is remarkable! No denying they are definately his ancestors ,but no way of identifying them either.I've been saying for a long time that I should put all relevant info. on the back of photos, this has spurred me on and I've made a start.I can only hope some of the other Aussies can recognise their own ancestors. |

From the posts on here I imagine most are putting their own wishes last as usual and helping with children and grandchildren, or coping with sick relatives. Credit where its due, they are a busy lot, no idlers on here! |
