poor Rach I know what she is going through I used to smoke 60 a day
give it up 18 years ago used the patches best thing I ever did

I'm lucky, I never smoked, but hubby did till about 7 years ago and I'm so glad he stopped when he did, becaue I think it would have taken longer for him to recover last year, after his op.

he made a great recovery did'nt he

You wouldn't know he was ever ill now Jen and he is so much better, thank goodness...
