They are high end hotels (except the Mirage).
See if you can book the flight and hotel seperate. You will save tons.

The Bellagio is smack in the middle of the strip and would be my choice. But a little too upscale for me :)

We went to see Tom Jones at the MGM........cost about £30 a head....but a fantastic show.

You can book while you're there for most things..........honestly you won't struggle to find things to do.

I'd go like a shot tomorrow if i could lol xx

They have booking kiosks again you can get good deals.....when you arrive ask the taxi driver for a book..its free. Ours only cost £495.00 each last year but we couldnt get a stright through flight....we booked off the internet..and I think its the flights that are pricey...but there should be some great deals about and no be honest you only sleep in your room...

Book the hotel room over the internet direct with the hotel. WAY cheaper.

http://www.mgmgrand.com/

There are links to the other properties at the bottom of the page.

There are several places on the Strip called "Tickets Tonight' where you can pick up tickets for that night usually for half price.

Elton John, Cher and Bette Middler are at Caesars right now. Elton is $100 for a ticket.

Would it be cheaper for you to fly to LAX (Los Angeles) and catch a shuttle up to Vegas?

The buffet at the Paris is fantastic. Reasonable at about $27US pp.
The Bellagio I hear is as good and also the one at TI.

Cinderella's castle would be a the Excaliber! One of the lower end hotels.

I like the MGM myself, (stayed there 5 times) but be prepared to walk a long way.
The Flamingo (stayed there 3 times) is center strip. If you book the Flamingo get a "Go" room. It is an updated room.

Treasure Island, Mirage, MGM, Paris, Planet Hollywood are all "middle of the road" hotels. I wouldn't have a problem staying in any of them.
