	DM Voice of shimms Kidnapped by the pooter HEYULP HEYULP, closed down pc at 12 as RB advsed, it still going and have closed all programmes, checked its working, it says its in progress. sitting here trying to plait my very long hair should i have to climb down the tower where im being held! psst! im terrified oh heights, HEYULP HEYULP.!

	the problem could be, that if you carry on useing your comp, the defrag will keep restarting, if you have things running in the back ground, again defrag will restart, it shouldn't take more than a couple of hours to defrag.

	Norton has been de-fragmenting my disc optimisation since last night and is still running. Is this right please ... and, is it okay to still use the computer or should I close all programmes down? Feeling a bit dippy at the moment. Thank you xxx Shimms xxx
