If I persuade o.h. to book these weeks off before someone else takes them (the last two are already gone unfortunately) and I can find somewhere to stay in Llanelli, would that fit with most people to come for a meet, as Daff thinks her hair will be sufficiently visible to come and show it off and it would be great to have another meet like before, but with even more folk there.
No promises yet but will see what I can do. I would like to see Wales at a different time of year to the Sept period we usually visit.

As you know Liz, we are away in the LD from 14th for a week so it really depends when it is.

Hi Ann, probably from the 6th to the 20th June, as the week before is Bank Holiday week so would be more expensive, the cost of these aptmts is high. We could go abroad for the same price but he doesn't like flying. I would love to go somewhere warm again but will hope June is flaming this year lol
Actually looking at the calender again, if people want a Saturday meet which seemed popular last time, it would be the 13th so probably not good for you, altho could maybe do a mini one as well earlier during the week sometime.
Will keep you posted.
I am disappointed we couldn't have the following fortnight but the young lad he works with seems to have put in a holiday form for the last two weeks.

UPDATE - got confused, Bank Hol is May 25th and this lad has booked from the 13th so we would have to have the weeks from 30th May - see post on p.2

If my OH can have that time off and dependent upon my families health (have been seriously ill), I'll be there for definite.

Would love to meet up with you, Daffy, Taff, Ann and more.

There is a wonderful Travelodge in Llanelli, the Manager is gorgeous and they were modernising ... we travelled all over, stayed there, would recommend it to anyone. Also, if you book well in advance, it costs very little to stay in one.

Well that's put the kybosh on that, would love to get to the 60th do, but have made a booboo and the other chap has booked from the 15th so would mean we would be in Wales over the 6/7th June and coming back on the 13th/14th! (Going on the 30th May or thereabouts!)
I wish you had mentioned the party sooner Gwen, had no idea about it and have started working on o.h. now, think he will book time off today, unless I tell him to hold on, but he gets angry when I change things and might say forget it altogether!
