	Sue how do you make your Chilli? I so love Chilli but hubby don't, not that its a problem I would cook him something else. But I always buy the jars for Chilli.......So can you better that Sue ? Just had my bubble & squeak and it was lovely, I managed to get it just slightly burnt on the bottom & top....Yummy !!! LOL Mo, is he dead yet ? THE RAT ...!!! I'll knock you up a frock Mo...no trouble got the machine out as I have been doing curtains today, got beige with Laura Ashley flowers on, very pretty, You will have to go backless as I have only enough fabric for the front ..LOL

	1 750gr lean mince, 2 tins chopped toms, 2,tins kidney beans in water(no sugar)2 med onioins! 1 tsp mustard powder i tbsp worcester sauce squig or clove of garlic,....... now i add 2- 5 habarnos, hot chilli,s & spoon of hot chilli powder! start low & dont forget it gets hotter as ya cook it! 1tblsp tom puree... cook mince in a bit of olive oil drain & keep juices, fry onions chilli an garlic add mince tin toms & kid beans add all left over juices & ur own salt & pepper!! not to much tho! addapt further too ur own liking
