Was the rat catcher the ones that were on tele last night. They have a Jack Russell called Charlie who helps them.

I've had a couple of extra busy days this week, have popped in but not posted. Off for next 3 days, well except i'm helping out at a wedding reception, tomorrow afternoon, doing a bit of waitress type helping.

Marilyn, you'll have to get your bridesmaid dress out of the loft, it's lime green isn't it? I'll get mine down as well, I think mine was lilac, can't remember what colour Shelly had.

We have lovely dresses Linda, we made them for Sue's wedding but she let us down and didn't get married. We made her a scarlet wedding dress trimmed with black.

Mo, did you have any bother last night, was the rat still roaming around?

It went well last night of course you can be bridesmaids. She already has 3 all grown up so what difference will a few more make. Shame Sue didn't get to wear her dress. it sounds Lovely?
Actually when we first went looking I did see some trimmed with burgundy, they look elegant, also black, navy and pale blue too.
As I got married in a registry office I decided against white and wore a pale pink dress, long as was the fashion in the seventies.
The one and only time I was a bridesmaid I wore lilac and still have my dress. I know I wouldn't get into either now, so why keep them?
We chatted lots and ate well. Though not all we bought of course. Oh a few drinks went too !!! I had my regular half glass(champagne type last night).

Have son's cocker spaniel again this weekend. So off for walkies soon.

Linda, I was only bridesmaid once as well, it was at my sister's wedding. When I was a kid I always wanted to be bridesmaid at family weddings but they always picked my sister because she was prettier than me. She hated always being bridesmaid and wouldn't smile for the photos. When she got married, she picked me to be bridesmaid because she knew I'd always wanted to be picked. Trouble was, I was in my teens by then and didn't want to be picked..............LOL

My dress was blue and shapeless, it had no sleeves and it was a freezing cold day. So yep, I didn't smile on any of the photos...................LOL

Pauline, Shelly bridesmaid dress was Yellow..!! Probably chucked away in her wardrobe in temper as she didn't have to use it .LOL

Shelly we have a baby (my daughter in laws sister) that's overdue by 10days and its being induced on the 1st September....so we are in a race

Shelly Daughter in law sister wants her baby before the school holiday ends as it will be have a late start in going to school when its 5yrs....Thats the only thing she thinking of....... LOL ..... She got cross about it not being a August baby ...... Whatever next !!

Well I'm all by my self today .....so peaceful , I bet its not for long something is bound to happen.

I did have a lovely surprise last night I added a few more rellies and up popped my mothers cousin,on Hot Spot and I sent a message to her and she was delighted, now wants to come and see me, she's only 10mins away from me, told me her daughter owns all the BAMBINO'S Childrens nursery in Plymouth I think there are 4of them and my brothers grand kids went there , not knowing is belong to a rellie...should have got a
reduction !!.... LOL

marilyn i already had one that mist sepember in take at school and she heated it but was teachers pet as she was clever than the reast of the class and alway got to do the teatcher jobs for her as she was also the only senceable one so it can pay off being the eldest in class LOL
