Great weekend, just catching up. Lots of chatting.

Friday arrived late, due to hubby's lack of motivation. Lazed around then he went for a bke ride, then he drummed and finally got ready. Drive took at least 2 hours. Nice lunch and then just catching up, their families all came round daughters and children all nearly teenage now. You only see them at parties and don't really get a chance to put the right children with the right parents.

Lovely dinner, more talking.
Walk along the beach early. Cooked breakfast. More chat. Then off down the coast to our friends. No they weren't ready for us....................... they never have been, having known them for 40 plus years why did we think it might be any different? Still enjoyed chatting while they got finished then the others came slowly but surely. Even worse journeys from London area. Our daughter and my brother in law both came from near High Wycombe and it took them 5 hours !!! Glad we came down on Friday. Lovely food. Good meeting up with the friends over 20 of us. Beautiful weather, so we were able to sit outside. Really late to bed. Up fairly early. Another walk down the beach and saw some of the Shoreham air show. Right at the end when we were leaving the Vulcan came over. Good drive back, took us an hour and a half. But I was exhausted.

My 3 year old is on his last 2 days. But we have to get some food today. He'll be fine.

That's great Shelly, bet you're over the moon. It depends what paper you got as to whether you needed 25 or 28, but whichever one you got - 35 is a really good mark, it's 87.5%

Been a bit busy since coming back from work. I had a dental appointment, horrible filling!!!

Were the certificates the right ones for you, I do hope so as mistakes can be expensive. Though sometimes it actually helps to exclude a query.

Have had a couple of marathon phone calls tonight so not much done. Found some more info on my Uncle's family(he is my godafther too), so that was good.

Started another cardigan for a baby boy as his Mum asked me. Not too many people like hand knits nowadays, too many fleeces and sweatshirts around.
