I have just been out to the beach and sat on the grass above the beach with hubby.....

He knew I was bored..........LOL

So well I feel better now I have breathed the sea air.,

We sat on a bench that was donated from a dear old lady that has passed away it had 6 bouquets of flowers around it....wasn't that nice ?

If that bench had a copper plate with the inscriptions on it I hope it is not pinched off it. I noticed when I went out with my sister all the seats that had those on them had the plates taken the two benches that had them carved out wiere the only ones you could read who domated them.

I forgot to say I told you I did a family tree for my cousin well his other cousin has got intouch with me to say he would love to speak to him so I have just emailed the phone number after asking permission. isnt that nice they last met in 1947.

Yes it had a copper plate but all it said was '' HAZEL loved it here'' and the year she died 2008, so it must have been her anniversary, today as all the flowers were fresh.

There are 4 more like it, and they have been there for a few years now, it overlooks the sea with its beach below 5mins walk, and you can see the PLYMOUTH breakwater and it looks over to Cornwall,

So beautiful an peaceful ....yes Shelly I am lucky ,but guess what ?

I'm not fed up anymore ..LOL

Do they live far away from each other Rita? Most of my cousins live within about 20 miles of me.

We've got seats like that all the way along our seafront Marilyn. I think it's a nice idea.
