You are not a failure because you're having a difficut time now, you have done magnificently so far stop beating yourself up. The withdrawal hits different people in different ways, go right now and do something that will occupy your hands something you cannot do and smoke,, or run a bath with bubbles take some choccie in and enjoy stay til you get wrinkly.
Get some stuff from the doctor tomorrow, to help and be kind to yourself, you are a winner already..xx

Do you buy your ciggies weekly or monthly? Which ever it is, on pay day buy something your can't afford. Then you will have no money left for the cigs.
You will see your dress get nicer, or your house get
more nice things in it! You don't want to spoil your new stuff with yellow tobacco smoke.

Its not easy Nicotine chewing gumhelps you through the bit of ritual of lighting up a fag, but they dont help that much with the life style changes, a fag everytime you feel a bit down
fag after a meal. with booze. after sex etcand the hardest of all not smoking when every other !"#¤%& is puffing away.
You can stop there is no magic cure and it'll be at least a year before you really get into the clear.
Go at it this old Troll manged it, so can you.

Well done Elizabethe and i'm pleased your doing well. i hope this helps in some way.

When I smoke it's my body i hurt
when i smoke it's also others i hurt
My cloth's they do all smell
my taste buds can't properly tell
can't tell my kids not to smoke
while they watch me smoke and myself i choke.

So from now on i give up the smoke
no more will i ever have to cough and choke.
More money I’ll have for me and my kin
a happier mum by all, will be seen
A cleaner happier house for all to sit in
While i silently sit back with a small happy grin.

Written like it was you writing it by me. lol
just thought you might read it when you find your self in a weaker moment. All my best to you.

Well done you!!!! Keep patting yourself on the back...Quitting the weed is one of the hardest things to do. When you re through it and come out other side, you ll feel so strong!! Expect bads days though, when they come, just draw on the strength, and they ll soon pass...Enjoy the oxygen!!!!!

Hi Elizabeth

Try to remember the years of your childhood

with a fag in our mouths are we ?
So just like the early days think how much,
better you will feel in the long run,,,
Its never to late to stop,
Keep it up girl, your doing great. x
