I am NOT walking into next like a bimbo and asking for a bottle of their purple perfume, or it could be pink.

I prefer to come across as a connoissuer of good perfumes....LOLOLOLOL

Well, let's try to see it from his point of view....
You say he goes to a famous English Public School....
That would explain leaving the loo seat up - it'll be all boys (or at least seperate loos) and he probably has his own en-suite at home.
At Winchester, for the evening meal, they employ teenage girls for a pittance to serve dinner. To get the idea of the 'sexual revolution' these priviledged few have gone through, these firls are known as 'Tea Tarts'!! There are few masters at evening meal (they have lovely homes to go to) so the lads can get away with a lot - including trying to gross the girls out by eating like pigs.
As for keeping their rooms clean - what are fags for?

Methinks the riot act needs to be read!! He is no longer at school - he's in YOUR home and whatever misguided view he has of the 'other classes' he should be told that they (we) don't behave like that!!
We tend to have manners!!

Or it may be easier and more satisfying to just give him a slap!!!

Having said that, I wouldn't want to tar them all with the same brush, I have met some lovely college boys.
