Sorry to hear you've got lodger from Hell BC!! sounds like he needs a lesson in manners,and quickly!
What country is he from? could you perhaps learn a little of his language........like the words he doesn't use...and keep repeating them to him?

Failing that (and after his umpteenth slap lol ) accidently on purpose trip up while carrying his dinner and spill some into his lap! he might get the message.
