That is it. I am now officially very old. It comes to something when the web can't tell you what was number one on your birthday - because it stops the year before you were born!

It was probably a piece of sheet music anyway or a 78. Gracie Fields Hums the Collected Works of Beethoven or some other cutting edge track.

I'm off now to change into a polyester dress and a nice cardi. Must start dressing my age.
