i think im the odd one out here.
although im not keen on heather mills,im not keen on paul m niether.
lets face it he,s known for being tight.ask denny lane.he was daft to marry her ,but i think shes had a badtime with the press too.i think they both deserve what they get.numptys...lol

But Heather isn't a gold-digger...oh no!

Actually I fail to see why Heather has received that much payout, she clearly doesn't need it as she is giving it to charity (thats the impression I got from the interview outside the court, she said she would now be able to help out her charities)

Obviously their daughter should receive a good amount and maybe, given her fathers income, it should have been more.

Maybe the judge let it go just to put an end to it all, it's gone on far too long and far too publicly. It's the daughter I feel sorry for.

Im not saying that their daughter shouldnt receive an appropriate amount as he's got plenty,,its just the way Heather whines on,,,'only £30,000'...
I thought from what she said that it meant she was going to use her share to help out her 'many charities'...or did i read it wrongly?...

well the word is out now - on the evening BBC news - no record of her ever having given to any charities before she married Paul - no evidence whatsoever!! She did pour a jug of water over the head of Paul's solicitor - how on earth did she get away with that? Or has she? She is clearly off her trolley

I read the whole 58 page judgement earlier, gawd I am glad I am not her!!!

how long does she expect to live for goodness sakes.... she has fought herself into a huge reduction.

Did you see the journalists around her out side the court?
They were looking at each other in disbelief at the things she was coming out with.
I think she has let herself down completely.

we now know why she wanted it kept out of the public domain - she has been outed big style - I think we all knew she was nothing more than a gold digger and had she kept her mouth shut all along she would have come out with very much more than she got in the end - still can't understand how she got away with the jug of water incident in court

The whole saga stinks of celebrities who have far too much money, the amount these people have is absurd.

Anything I say would be coloured by the fact that I don't like her.......she is all "I, me, my"....and why keep going on about how good she is to charities.......lots of stars and celebs give time as well as money, but do not go on and on about it....

Leaving aside how much Paul is worth.......to me I would have trouble spending £24 million in my lifetime, especially if it is invested correctly she could live a very comfortable life on the interest alone.......as well as the £2 million house etc....

Whatever Paul has in the bank or assets, he has earned over the years......

From the little I know about it, I think it's a shame that they've neither of them thought enough about their daughter and had a bit of dignity about things. I find him irritating and from what I saw of her in an interview she has serious issues and feel sorry for anyone in that position, especially in the full glow of the media and celebrity obsessed public. Why on earth would anyone want to read all (any?) of the 58 pages?

he certainly has earned it - and what a talent he and the other Beatles had - we still enjoy their music and will do so for years to come - the Beatles are a natonal institution, like 'em or not

she on the other hand has become a "celebrity" just by marrying one, nothing more than that

And whats wrong with second class - I thought Heather was supposed to be environment (well not Mccartney environment) Friendly ....... So shes setting the youngster up her own carbon foot print? How nice!

The woman only got involved for the money - I have no sympathy for her or her child - and Paul bought his other children up in a normal (within reason) upbringing - the kids went to normal school so why shouldnt this one?

Paul has always kept quiet about his private life both before, during and since Heather. His little daughter will not go without. Heaven help the child living with a woman like that - up and down like a rocket - even the judge said she was volatile!

As to why he married her - well he was lonely, still grieving, he liked strong women (his mother was one as was Linda), she had a handicap - he probably admired the way she dealt with it. Everyone he knew told him he was making a mistake - that was enough to send him in her direction.

He has paid and will continue to pay (and I am not talking of monetary terms) dear Heather will see to that.
