Before anyone passes judgement on me, I dont' normally read anything about celebrities, certainly not the rubbish in magazines these days, they just don't mean enough to me to bother but....

I DID read the document, simply because I wanted to know what I was talking about before passing comment on it, and secondly, to make sure the press were not mis-representing what was actually said.....(not that they have EVER done that LOL)

Having just read much of the 58 page statement...I cna honestly say that given the lack of evidence about her earnings before they married, her properties, and her claim to have had 2-3m in the bank when they met, never proved by the amount of interest shown, and the distinct lack of documentation to prove any of it...I get the impression that she has set out to completely discredit Paul McCartney, and failed, as the Judge saw right through her.

I'm no fan of Paul McCartney the person, though I love his music, but nobody deserves to be tied to a gold digger like that so soon into his grief for his first wife.

I dont know why all the hype,,,,we aint gona get any of it,,,,:)))unless I can plead Im a charity case,,,,,,,,

......I thought Paul's Solicitor's hairdo was much better after the soaking, than before.....made her look younger......

Paul has always kept quiet about his private life both before, during and since Heather. His little daughter will not go without. Heaven help the child living with a woman like that - up and down like a rocket - even the judge said she was volatile!

As to why he married her - well he was lonely, still grieving, he liked strong women (his mother was one as was Linda), she had a handicap - he probably admired the way she dealt with it. Everyone he knew told him he was making a mistake - that was enough to send him in her direction.

He has paid and will continue to pay (and I am not talking of monetary terms) dear Heather will see to that.

I Read that Heather commented on the 35k a year that daughter will have to travel second class!

Excuse me??? How many kids travel fair costs xk per year??

And whats wrong with second class - I thought Heather was supposed to be environment (well not Mccartney environment) Friendly ....... So shes setting the youngster up her own carbon foot print? How nice!

The woman only got involved for the money - I have no sympathy for her or her child - and Paul bought his other children up in a normal (within reason) upbringing - the kids went to normal school so why shouldnt this one?

he certainly has earned it - and what a talent he and the other Beatles had - we still enjoy their music and will do so for years to come - the Beatles are a natonal institution, like 'em or not

she on the other hand has become a "celebrity" just by marrying one, nothing more than that

From the little I know about it, I think it's a shame that they've neither of them thought enough about their daughter and had a bit of dignity about things. I find him irritating and from what I saw of her in an interview she has serious issues and feel sorry for anyone in that position, especially in the full glow of the media and celebrity obsessed public. Why on earth would anyone want to read all (any?) of the 58 pages?

Anything I say would be coloured by the fact that I don't like her.......she is all "I, me, my"....and why keep going on about how good she is to charities.......lots of stars and celebs give time as well as money, but do not go on and on about it....

Leaving aside how much Paul is worth.......to me I would have trouble spending £24 million in my lifetime, especially if it is invested correctly she could live a very comfortable life on the interest alone.......as well as the £2 million house etc....

Whatever Paul has in the bank or assets, he has earned over the years......

The whole saga stinks of celebrities who have far too much money, the amount these people have is absurd.

we now know why she wanted it kept out of the public domain - she has been outed big style - I think we all knew she was nothing more than a gold digger and had she kept her mouth shut all along she would have come out with very much more than she got in the end - still can't understand how she got away with the jug of water incident in court
