If you get nausea I would recommend the anti sickness travel bands, they won't cure it altogether but should help reduce it. |

Craved tomatoes, used to take a bag with me to the pictures. I also had an excess of saliva and had to keep swallowing. Went to bed for 4 days every month because I saw a period for the first 5 months. Had abet on with my GP that I was pregnant and he wouldnt believe me. That was 1958, so no test were available to the home user. Jean |

this will sound really odd (well thats me all over) with Tiddler even though I wasnt planning on getting pregnant the night she was conceived I had what I can only explain as a pop just after a certain event didnt have it with the other 2 and never had it again. |

I didn't crave food much apart from my 5th, and it was salt. I would go through about 4 packets of mini cheesey cheddars covered in salt a day. But with all my pregnancies it was smells I craved, boot polish windolene, paint, petrol, normally couldn't stand the smell of them and as soon as the baby was born the craving went away, thank god,lol. |

start taking folic acid tablets if you aren't already. If you are planning to get pregnant you should take them before conception, and up to 12 weeks once you are pregnant. |
